GLOBAL ATTEND THE ROUX SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS

Having been a key sponsor and supporter the Roux Scholarship since it’s launch in 1984, Grunwerg are proud to announce that we were in attendance of the 2011 Roux Scholarship final held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on 18th April.

Our involvement as a sponsor gives us the pleasure of supplying the regional and national finalists and the Roux Scholar with Global knives as part of their prize package.

Congratulations to Mark Birchall of L’Enclume who is this years winner- his version of the tricky Veal Orloff impressed the judges securing him the title of Roux Scholar 2011! – We wish him all the success in his career and hope that our contribution to his future will inspire him with his culinary endeavours.
