Grunwergs Commichef Provencale cooks up at a storm at CESA

The new Provencale colours were one of the main attractions at this years CESA (Catering Equipment Suppliers Association). They even took to the centre stage in a review of the show on popular website, http://www.cateringequipment4hospitality.com/.

CESA allowed buyers and sellers to meet discuss and examine the latest culinary fashions and trends, 2011 saw the event growing as it was split across two venues, both Ascot and Doncaster race courses.

“There’s been a big rise in demand for the smaller pieces,” says marketing assistant Hannah Lane. “The colours allow caterers to match their décor or ambience. Purple is incredibly popular right now.”

The Commichef Provencale Range is proving to be a real hit and the new colours have really bought additional options to the Kitchen in terms of Quality cookware.
