Product Guarantees

Our cutlery comes with a lifetime guarantee (valid for 50 years) against manufacturing faults and defects. This guarantee applies to our cutlery but not to other products bearing the Grunwerg logo. With proper care and attention our cutlery will last a lifetime, but the guarantee excludes damage resulting from: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents from use and bending of the blades & prongs.

All other products come with a 2 year guarantee against manufacturing faults and defects. If any products do have a manufacturing defect, it will appear normally within the first year of use. Wear and tear, accidental damage caused by drops, knocks and damage caused by improper care and abuse are not covered under the guarantee.

In order to validate a guarantee, proof of purchase must be provided to our customer service team.

Our guarantees only extend to the original purchaser of each product. Our guarantees cannot be transferred..

In some cases we may ask for items to be returned to us before offering a replacement.

Failure to follow our care instructions will void the guarantee.
